Please note: All of USC Housing is full for Academic Year 2024-2025. It is recommended that students search for non-University Housing.

The Spring 2025 Semester housing application will open at 9am PDT on Monday, July 1st for all students.

  • If you are a newly admitted undergraduate student, you will receive login information by email.
  • If you are a newly admitted graduate student, click 'Graduate and Exchange Student Register'.
  • If you are an incoming exchange student, or summer only student, click 'Graduate and Exchange Student Register'.
  • If you are a current student at USC who has not yet logged into the new Housing website, click 'Create Login/Password'
